Abstract

|
|
The cold neutron depth profiling (CNDP) experiment was carried out with a neutron fluence rate of 1.2 X 109 n/r-nl s in the surface analysis of a CdTe single crystal of zinc blende structure. Based on the CNDP spectra analyses, the CdTe crystal has turned out to be very cleanly fabricated and without 10B surface contamination that exists naturally in the -atomosphere.
